Just wanted to let you know how I have been getting on since our session (nearly two weeks ago).
I really enjoyed the session and had forgotten just how good it actually feels to relax! I felt good after the session and then carried on life as normal, I noticed that although I did not want a cigarette the points when work was stupidly stressful I was almost looking around and occasionally I actively thought 'Oh, I would be having a cigarette right now'.
I have not wanted one but have certainly felt a hole (less so now than initially). I have listened to your relaxation download pretty much every night and do think this is helping me to sleep a bit better.
One thing I have noticed is that on previous occasions when I have stopped I have been almost obsessed by how many days/weeks or months I have done, this time I had to think about when our session was, like I have no sense of time.
I can not thank you enough for your help! I many actually come to see you again to help me manage my stress a bit more as it is really bad.

Three years ago I suffered from depression and feared it was back. My anxiety was so high that I was off work for about 4 months on and off. The feelings of anxiety were so intense and uncomfortable at work that I thought I'd be better off leaving my teaching job which I loved because I felt that I couldn't do it anymore. A few sessions with Sally got me back to work full time and I honestly feel like I am now a better teacher than ever and I can't believe I ever considered leaving my job! My feelings of intense anxiety have gone thanks to Sally's guidance. I was previously seeing a colleague of Sally's who was on holiday at the time that I needed help and had recommended her to talk to. I cannot tell you how pleased I am that he suggested that I see Sally! She is very pleasant, funny and always profesional. I would highly recommend her!

'I was very nervous on the run up to my practical exams. It had been recommended to me to try hypnotherapy but I was quite sceptical regarding this. I had two sessions with Sally, and it helped me dramatically. Would definitely recommend this to anyone with exam nerves!'

I went to see Sally as I had a water phobia and I was taking my two young grandsons to Florida on my own and wanted to take them into the hotel pool.
I had three sessions with Sally who made me feel at ease and the breathing techniques she used really helped me. The result was I got into the water with my grandsons and was calm and relaxed.
The other reason for visiting Sally was because I had booked to go swimming with dolphins on my 50th birthday yesterday in Florida. This has been my life long dream but my fear of water had always stopped ms.
Well I may not be able to swim still but I have the photos to prove I was in the water and stroking, kissing and cuddling a dolphin, something I would not have been able to do without Sally's help.
A massive thank you Sally, you are a miracle worker.

“I went to see Sally because I had developed quite bad anxiety as a result of a verbal attack I suffered. I had tried everything to help the thoughts disappear. I knew that if I could control my thoughts more, my anxiety would reduce. But I just didn’t know how to do this. Doctors offered me a form of anti-depressant to help with my anxiety, but I didn’t want to go on medication as I knew it was all within my thoughts, and I could sort this another way. So I give hypnotherapy a try with Sally, and it worked a treat. Sally was so patient with me, and put me at ease, and once we figured out what the root cause of my anxiety was, we started work on fixing it. Since visiting Sally my stress levels have dropped massively, and I no longer feel anxious when I think about the traumatic experience I went through. It really has made me a stronger person”.
